As the Performance & Quality Manager, bring data and service understanding together under a Performance Excellence Strategy. Lead Performance and Quality operations to ensure consistency across the Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance program (RSVP). Manage the Performance and Quality Management Team and the Learning and Development Team.
Manage and support caregivers remotely, promoting the success of care centers and conducting quality assurance. You will be responsible for the operation of 7-10 back up childcare sites and held accountable for metrics that contribute to site success. This role involves caregiver management, customer success, compliance, and operational oversight.
